Everything you need to know about getting to the show

GETTING TO INDIANAPOLIS

The Indianapolis International Airport offers more than 250 arrivals and departures per day. The airport is a short 15-minute drive from the heart of downtown Indianapolis.

The city’s motto is “The Crossroads of America,” because Indianapolis is the hub of several major state highways. So, ground transportation may be an option for some AC SHOW & CONFERENCE attendees.

HOTEL RESERVATIONS

The AC Housing Bureau/Eventsphere is exclusively handling all accommodations for the American Coatings SHOW & CONFERENCE 2018. All reservations should be made directly though EventSphere for official show hotels. A maximum of nine (9) rooms can be booked online. Anyone needing more than 10 rooms must send an e-mail request.

Hotel Reservations for the ACS/ACC will open in Fall 2017.

Beware of false and fraudulent housing claims!

Please beware of external housing vendors and potential scams. All hotel reservations for the ACS/ACC must be booked through EventSphere, the Official Housing Provider for the American Coatings SHOW.

Some scam artists contact individuals by phone, fax or email pretending to be the “Official” American Coatings SHOW housing company; they may also identify themselves as the “Official Housing Authority.”

If you are contacted by one of these scam artists, or have questions about unauthorized solicitations, please contact show management at chames@paint.org.
