Request a Visa Invitation Letter
Individuals residing in countries that require a visa to enter the United States and who require documentation verifying the purpose of their travel are invited to complete the Visa Invitation Letter Request Form. Upon submission of a fully completed request, a formal invitation letter will be issued and delivered via email within 1–3 business days. Please be advised that issuance of an invitation letter does not guarantee visa approval.
All decisions regarding visa applications rest solely with the U.S. Embassy or Consulate in your country of residence. We strongly encourage applicants to begin the visa process as early as possible, as processing times may vary depending on local conditions and demand.
